Meet The Arbitrage Collective

I am a seasoned real estate broker, affordable housing developer, and community leader with more than 20 years of experience serving the Greater Nashville area. I am also the Founder and CEO of Black Diamond Development, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to creating affordable, sustainable, and high-quality housing opportunities that empower underserved communities.

I was honored to be selected as a Fellow in Cohort 2 of the Real Estate Developers (R.E.D.) Academy, an initiative led by the Urban League of Middle Tennessee and powered by Amazon. Through this program, I received advanced training and mentorship to expand my impact in affordable housing development and community wealth-building.

As a top-producing REALTOR® and Team Leader of The Arbitrage Collective, I specialize in guiding clients through REO, short sales, new construction, and traditional real estate transactions. My clients know me for my professionalism, integrity, and results, and I am committed to making the buying, selling, and investing process as seamless as possible.

Community is at the heart of everything I do. I proudly serve on the Board of Greater Nashville REALTORS® and am an active member of the Tennessee Affordable Housing Coalition (TNAHC), where I advocate for increased representation and equitable housing solutions. Born and raised in Nashville, I combine deep local knowledge with a passion for helping families build generational wealth through real estate.
